Artist's Comments

A Mortise Chissel, handforged out of 160 layer Pattern welded steel. Combination of 1.2842 and 1.5680 steel. And a cheap handle... well I'll add a better one as soon as I found one for good money.
The chissel is 27cm long (with the handle) and 1,5cm broad at the edge.

Very nice pattern and pretty deep etch? I must say that the contrast between the chisel and handle is way to big :D

Somewhat between 80,-€ and 120,-€... If I count the hours I'd need to demand 450,-€, but noone would pay that prize.
