A small steamwhistle made of brass it's 3/4" in diameter and 160mm high with a 1/2" thread to be screwed to a valve. It produces a nice and strong tune, even without much pressure.

I've found informations at various places... the best was a youtube video, but I really understood it after I've found this site [link].
